[cisco-voip] Upgrade from 8.0(x) to 9.X

how do i need to plan for upgrade ??

Started looking into srnd for upgrade . Should i start with agent-PG first
?? after i have backup's of registry & databases.

Are there any unknown issues with this upgrade.
