[cisco-voip] Upgrade from 8.0(x) to 9.X

As par my past support exp ;
i need to start upgrade with Router=>logger followed by PG's (vru,Agent).
Then
++ CUCM , CVP
++Finally , CTI srv,  CTI os , AWDB

As par my understanding, this is the high level plan . But , yes there are
several minute areas to be taken care.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
