[cisco-voip] unity connection subject line

[Angel Roberto Castaneda]

In my environment, they show up as "Message from [Name] (2225553344)".

The HTML notifications show up as "Message notification: Voice message from
[Name] 2225553344".
This can be changed under Templates> Notification Templates.
