[cisco-voip] CUC 9.1 "Searching, No Messages Found"

Have a couple of users and they cannot access their voicemail via the
telephone user interface; they CAN get their messages via the CUC Web
Inbox...

Same error with Unified Messaging enabled or not; with LDAP integration or
not...

Any ideas?
