Hi,
I currently have a UCCX 8.5 script set that checks the date/time of the call and route it to either an open greeting, closed greeting, or holiday greeting (via dates.xml) depending on the date/time of the call. This works great until there is an emergency or an unexpected time that we need to close. Then I need to edit the script and upload it to the UCCX for it to be closed. In emergencies I would like a way to be able to setup the script that I can just dial a DN to automatically set it to the “emergency” or “weather” greeting. Anyone know how I can accomplish this? Below is how our flow is currently configured.
