[cisco-voip] 10.5 VMware Issue

Doing some testing with 10.5 and seemed to come across something related to this supposedly fixed bug. VMWare tools install doesn't fail, but tools aren't running unless I do the install in permissive mode. Once installed and enforcing mode is reenabled tools still works after a reboot.
