[cisco-voip] IM&P Interdomain Federation with cisco.com

I have a large enterprise customer that works closely with Cisco.  They just deployed IM&P 10.0.1 and want to setup a XMPP federation with Cisco.com.  How do they do that?  Is there published information on how to do XMPP between Cisco and the customer?
