Brian,
I’m a little confused. Should I do the following:
Desc : PLAR
Dial Parameter: Button
Value: 3
Dial Parameter: Pattern
Value: Empty
Like that?
And repeat for each PLAR button 3-15?

When you build the SIP dial rule, you need to add the button parameter to each PLAR you add.

The phone setup is as follows
Button 1: regular ext. calls in/out
Buttons 3-15 are PLARs to different agencies
If I apply the SIP dial rule I created PLARs work fine, but button 1 has no dial tone
Remove the SIP dial rule and button 1 works fine, but PLARs no longer function.
Do I need to add patterns somewhere?

I’m deploying 9971’s for some traders and when I apply the SIP dial rule to get the PLAR to work my 1 first button extension doesn’t work, but the plar works. Do I need to redo all the route patterns in the dial rule?
