Hi Anthony,
Cisco confirmed my CME config was ok, they could not identify either why transcoding wasn't working (it started to work after a reload but failed again soon after) as a workaround, transcoding was moved to the CUBE that is in front of the CME from WAN side.
Now quite some time later they are complaining that they cannot dial out through the WAN ...
