Its UCCX. Yes and as per customer it should be IVR based campaign so first the customer will hear some greeting as well and then call should route to consultant and when consultant will pick the call an IVR should run for him as well that if you want to take this call then Press 1 otherwise press 2 to re-queue this call.

UCCX or UCCE
Sounds like Preview Outbound. Is the call to the customer first a requirement? I.e., They need to hear some IVR prompt first or make a selection prior to reach a CS rep?

Hi Folks,I have a challenge that one of my customer wants out bound call flow which requires playing IVR. Here is the scenario
OB dialer will dial customer -> If he/she picks the call -> hold the call -> Transfer this call to queue or consultant cell phone
-> the consultant picks the call -> An IVR will Play to confirm if he / she wants to take this call -> Press 1 for Yes and 2 for No-> If the consultant presses 2 then call should go to next Consultant and same steps will occur till the last on shift consultant
-> Consultant Presses 1 then this call should connect to the customer.
I hope you haven't get confused as this looks to me a very weird requirement.
Can this be possible through queuing a call to some queue and then how can i play Menu IVR to consultant.

Any idea would be grate.
