[cisco-voip] Cisco Call Recording Solution

AQM is the Calabrio recording system sold by Cisco.  It's okay, but
Calabrio support is horrible.

I haven't worked with MediaSense but it is a true Cisco product.  It should
also give you video on hold funtionality if you have CUCM 10.x which is
pretty neat.

The best recording vendor I've worked with in terms of support has been
Nice.  Their product seems to have been polished a lot more and has been
around for much longer.  It also seems to scale pretty well.
