[cisco-voip] DX650 issues - firmware sipdx650.10-1-1-78

Its a file size issue with the Web uploader. I currently have a case open with development on it.  Trying to upload es firmware from the development team fails.

I went the safer route with the zip file and can get the loads file to
upload but not the actual tgz file. On 2 servers, tried 2 different
browsers. Plenty of disk space free -- will try to purge some old
