I have not had a chance to pursue it any further.

Hi Dennis,

Did you resolve this one?

pretty sure it's CSCuq22827 although the bug tracker only lists 9.0 as affected. Newer code on 3850 presents a different OID and CER doesn't know how to use it. Supposed to be a TAC workaround, I still need to follow up and see.

I don't think you should be able to do an SNMP get for 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1641.

That's just the object ID in the CISCO-PRODUCTS-MIB.

I just upgraded to 10.0(2). We have some 3850-48P switches. Which based on the release notes is supported. However, when I do an Snmp get for 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1641, I am getting nothing. I am able to get snmp from other parts of the snmp tree. I started doing the snmp walks and gets because CER was saying these switches are unsupported.

Anyone got 3850 switches to work with CER?
