[cisco-voip] 7800s ip phones 8.5

hi all,

added new Device Pack for 7800 SIP phones on CUCM 8.5.
can see the new phones appearing in the drop down list and in the device
defaults.
but still the phones are not registering.

after the Dev Pack i restarted the TFTP services. do i need to reboot the
whole cluster!!

also I uploaded the Dev pack only on the TFTP node. does that needed to be
on all the nodes (which i dont think so)
