[cisco-voip] duplicate IP address on subscriber - hiccup - backups not all there now

I don't think the CDP Agent getting restarted will cause you any issues but
you may want to schedule some downtime just in case.

You can also check the component registration using "utils
disaster_recovery show_registration"
