[cisco-voip] CSCup71611 - ccx 10.5

Any of our Cisco people able to shed a little more light on the workaround
for CSCup71611?

It's been terminated  but I appear to have run into it.  I thought I'd
check before running the gauntlet of getting a client's contract associated
to my account.
