[cisco-voip] INCOMING PSTN CALLS UNKNOWN

Hello,

On the voice-port in the router, you must make sure you have caller ID
enabled. I believe the command is caller-id enable.

In the CallManager configuration, under your Route List, click on the Route
Group. Make sure that either an external phone number mask is assigned, or
change the setting to "On" and set the External Phone Number Mask on the
directory number of the phone.
