[cisco-voip] SRST for UCCX CTI Route Points

Hello,

Any ideas for an SRST configuration for a WAN outage that is preventing calls to a UCCX CTI Route Point? Calls to the RP are fine via the attached PRI's but calls via the WAN cannot see the route point.
