[cisco-voip] Jabber 10.6 high CPU

Hi,
i am runnig various Jabber clients (windows, android, iphone mra or not).
CUCM and IM are 10.5.
Windows 7, 32 or 64 bit with 3GB ram each with widows update running 
(not changed for the past year)
jabber for windows is 10.6(2). During the past week, i have noticed on 
windows clients a delay when chatting with certain contacts
Pressing enter after the last letter during a chat, takes 2-3 seconds to 
be sent. At the same time, there is a CPU spike.
This does not happen with all contacts and also never happens to other 
clients. So it is 100% a windows issue.
The only way to fix it temporarily is to delete the <username>@domain.db 
file on the appdata history folder.
This problem also exists with older jabber clients for windows (ie 10.5).
It has something to do with history but i cannot understand why now!
