[cisco-voip] Jabber 11.0.x Install Issue

Hello,

Has anyone had issue upgrading from Jabber for Windows 10.6.4 to 11.0 or from 11.0 to 11.0.1?  We've had intermittent issues with this when users either upgrade using the installer or upgrade using the Jabber "Check for updates" feature.  The installer will start and check for disk space but then an error message pops up stating "The feature you are trying to us is on a network resource that is unavailable.  Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'CiscoJabberSetup.msi' in the box below."  The box contains the path of the installer.  Changing the path and moving the installer to that location doesn't resolve this.  After this fails the user is then unable to uninstall Jabber via Control Panel.  This has happened on Windows 7 and 8.
