[cisco-voip] Esxi version

You can run 5.1 or 5.5 with CUCM 10.x.  And if you have multiple hosts,
they don't all have to run the same version.  They don't even have to be
sized the same.  Though it might make logical sense to do so, for support
and ongoing operations reasons.
