The 5400's doesn't support DSPFarm profiles of any kind.   Although, I was able to configure Transcoders and MTP profiles but had a load of issues.  TAC case opened which gave me the good news on these 5400's.

We use 5400's for most of our incoming call center environment and have had to work around these limitations.

Also doesn't support multicast.  I have to use unicast MOH from CUCM for all of these incoming customer calls.
