[cisco-voip] CER export to Intrado

So I've dealt with intrado and CER for a while and always end up with
issues.

for every Location I create two ELIN's.  The problem is that with the
export it ends up with the primary ELIN is the same as the main number, but
the second ELIN is not the same as the Main telephone number so it gets
kicked out.

How do you normally deal with this issue? or am I the only one that has
this issue?

happened both in CER 8.6 and now 10.5. (nema 2.1)
