Ryan, Thanks for that update, your instructions in the bug report are much
clearer. I'm planning this upgrade for next weekend myself and figuring out
when to do the vm changes was still on my list of things to resolve. One
less tac case that I need to open before hand :)
It would be nice if the UCCX upgrade guide on cisco.com pointed over to
this as part of the upgrade procedure. I didn't find anything about it,
other than the potential RAM requirement. It already has a section for
refresh upgrades - adding a step at the end to reference the virtualization
docwiki for required VMWare changes would help, I almost missed it.
