[cisco-voip] solution support (SSSNT) vs product support (SNT)

anyone care to comment on solution support vs product support?
list price over 60 months is not that big of a difference. it also seems to include onsite engineer as well according to cisco service finder.
this would be for a group of C240 servers.
i'm looking over the video portfolio as we speak...
