My understanding is that with the legacy VCS platform you can do 1:Many relationship.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Expressway C&E with multiple CUCM clusters
Hey all,
Wondering if anyone has done expressway c&e with multiple clusters. Am I correct to assume it's a 1:1 relationship (1 C&E to 1 CUCM cluster) or is there a way to use 1 C&E with multiple CUCM clusters?
Thanks in advance!
