Its the firmware version, It doesn’t matter which version of CCM you are using.
You need to download it from cisco and install it on the TFTP servers or all the servers in the cluster its your choice.
If your Publisher is a tuft server and you install the new firmware it will change the device defaults, you might want to take a note of the old version, just so you don’t have a mass upgrade if a bunch of handsets reboot.

I must admit I hard code the firmware I want to use in the device config, then it doesn’t matter what the device defaults are.
