How do I trouble shoot a remote VG224 that is showing

%FLEXDSPRM-5-OUT_OF_RESOURCES: No dsps found either locally or globally.


If I understand the syslog message I would say that the DSP's died.  Would
that be correct?  I just have to replace it?

IOS is vg224-i6k9s-mz.151-3.T2.bin
