[cisco-voip] LDAP Search Filter Syntax reference

Does anyone have any links / info for LDAP Search Syntax? I am trying to write this filter:
 
Sync all children in ABC OUExcept for children in XYZ OUANDAll children of ABC OU WHERE IpPhone IS NOT null
