[cisco-voip] PrePopulating Jabber Contact Lists

Almost every customer asks me about it, it's not built into our SOW to do
that, but we give them the documentation on how to do it if they want.
Most seem to just build documentation to send out to their end users on how
to add people to their contact list.
It would be ideal if we had a simple tool in CUCM to be able to add people
to a list based on AD info, basically the manager and/or department fields
and auto-populate lists for people for their direct team.
There may be a way to run an AD tool and build XML files based on that, but
it would still need to be manually imported into the client.
