[cisco-voip] OT: important date information for systems management - tools?

I just spent some time collecting and organizing what I consider important operational dates, i.e. end of life dates, certificate expiry dates, contract end dates, etc. The spreadsheet I used is fine, but I can't help think there has to be a better way out there. 

What I'm hoping to find is a cloud based tool that will allow me to customize the information I want to collect, but then produce reports and/or graphs based on the upcoming dates. Alerts/reminders would be great too. 

Has anyone found a software solution that does this nicely for them?
