Thanks Ryan.
Do you have to do the export/import process? Does CUIC premium not support integrating with UCCX?

Hi,
Just to be clear, the CUIC that comes with UCCX is the standard CUIC license. You can’t upgrade the co-resident version of CUIC.
You can buy premium CUIC (or use the NFR kit) and install CUIC standalone on a separate box in order to create custom report definitions (something you can’t do with standard CUIC) and then export those definitions and install them on the co-resident CUIC on UCCX.
HTH.
Thank you,
Ryan LaFountain

That's great. We'll have to investigate the premium option. The HRC reports have been lacking from what I understand.
Cheers.

No CUIC is included and is just the replacement for HRC.
The included version is essentially the same as HRC but web based. There is a premium option with more features available. That is, as expected, at a cost.

Thanks Anthony.
We're still using Historical Reporting (I think that's what you meant by HRC).
Are there licensing costs associated with CUIC?

" Does that mean Finesse is the way to go?"
Yes. And CUIC is the way to go for reporting. In fact, if you have not yet deployed a UCCX 10.5, then you may not know HRC already went away.

Nice – thanks for the heads up. I knew it was coming, I like the note below from the EOL:
In addition to the SKUs listed in this notification, the same End of Software Maintenance and End of Support milestones will apply to the Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD), Cisco Supervisor Desktop (CSD) and Cisco Desktop Administrator (CDA) features on CCX 10.0, 10.5 and 10.6.
