[cisco-voip] Attendant Console Enterprise client 9.1.1.23 slow on blind transfer

Doing Blind Transfer > Operator enters extension using 10 key and presses enter. It shows offhook then takes 5-10 seconds to transfer.  Only occurs in client on blind transfer.  Customer is using a headset for what that is worth.
