[cisco-voip] Cisco Unity Express bulk PIN reset

I imagine there are a few ways to attack this but I thought I would share the method I just used. I needed to reset the PIN for ALOT of CUE accounts and didn't have much time to research so I just cooked up a PHP script for it.
