[cisco-voip] Hosted WebEx and ADFS

I did this to our demo domain's webex meeting center deployment and it went fairly well. I don't have a copy of the document I used but I did find the document in the Webex knowledge base. It was a 20+ page word doc that told me exactly how to configure ADFS 2.0 to work as an SSO source for webex. See if you can find it and if it has any clues.

And just to clarify, you were using ADFS previously and now have added the ADFS proxy? I remember needing to do some things with certificates on the proxy to make sure that the IDP URL had a valid SAN in the cert.

"It is important to verify that the subject name in the server authentication certificate matches the Federation Service name value that is specified in the AD FS Management snap-in. To locate this value, open the snap-in, right-click Service, click Edit Federation Service Properties, and then find the value in Federation Service name text box."

Subject: [cisco-voip] Hosted WebEx and ADFS

We have been running WebEx hosted in the cloud for years and doing SSO using ADFS. We are needing to front end our ADFS environment with a Proxy and when we enable the Proxy our WebEx environment no longer can authenticate our users. Has anyone successfully configured your WebEx environment using a Proxy with ADFS and if so what changes or configuration did you have to make with the WebEx site to get it functioning properly?
