[cisco-voip] BFCP and Trusted Relay Points / Media Termination Points

Yea, that's right.  Before you had to have a call up and running to do the
screen share at all.  If you still do it that way, it will use BFCP.  Not
sure how popular that is compared to doing the screen sharing with just a
chat going.
