[cisco-voip] CUCM and TAPS

Within our environment we have multiple cucm clusters of various sizes.

Is it necessary to have a separate UCCX server for every cucm cluster in order to be able to take advantage of TAPS?

If so, is it necessary to purchase licenses for these separate uccx servers if they are only going to be used for TAPS?
