[cisco-voip] CUCM Upgrade 8.5(1) to 10.5(1) Upgrades are prohibited during Licensing Grace Period

I've also done a in-place 8.5 VM to 10.5.2 SU1 upgrade successfully
after dealing with the license grace period matter which was the
result of something else I believe, not the upgrade process itself.
