16: 10.10.40.15: Mar 19 2015 14:49:08.728 -0400: %CVP_9_0_OAMP-3-OAMP_OMGR_JMX_CONNECTION_ERROR: Unable to establish JMX connector to URI service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/rmi://*.*.*.*:2099/jmxrmi: Failed to retrieve RMIServer stub: javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException [Root exception is java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: *.*.*.*; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect] [id:7513]

I have encountered this bug before with cvp version 9. Both the work around involving delayed start and a wrapper change don't work. I had a TAC case on this for a particular customer with this and this is what they told me to do and it did work.

Call servers and VxML servers are showing not reachable.

1. Remove the call server, vxml server from the ops console

2. Access the Call Server directly that you are having issues with.

3. Stop all CVP Services if running (make a note of running services before stopping).

4. Run %CVP_HOME%\bin\TAC\reimage.bat.

5. Start all the services that were stopped in step 2 above.

6. Now, you can add this device from OAMP Server with required configuration.

In Windows services, change the Cisco Resource Manager to delay start. This resolved the issue.

These steps aren't working anymore on this particular installation. Does anybody have any other ideas? I don't know if re-installation will fix the problem or not.
