[cisco-voip] PCD 10.5(3) and IM&P 9x to 10x

So I talked to my internal resource about this and it does work for some
people but breaks more often than not.  They don't have a document written
up yet about the issues.

I would say to give it a try but plan ahead for potentially rebuilding if
the upgrade fails.
