[cisco-voip] UCCE script to Automate AD pwd reset

Someone once mentioned (not on the list) they have this automation setup
using Mitel CIM for user AD pwd reset.
I was just wondering if anyone has done/seen with the UCCE and if they can
share the insight at a high level on whats involved if at all possible?
User dials out the help desk number to reset the pwd in AD, UCCE runs the
script, verifies user details, creates a workflow in the ticketing system,
resets the AD account and plays back the temp pwd to the user (or text it
back to the corporate mobile - I know it will further complicate and will
need a SMS gateway)
Any thoughts?
