[cisco-voip] cucm with dns client enabled?

I understood if you have any intention of running any SIP client, URL dialing, etc, you need DNS client enabled. That's one of the main reasons we did that.

Some people use DNS for their trunks/connections to other devices. 


For just getting rid of the certificate warning in web browsers, you don't need the DNS client on CUCM.

Nope, you shouldn't need DNS enabled for that.
