I did a Workaround with an extra phone which DN was added to all the Line Groups. This phone is not logged in in any Huntgroup, it needs only to be registered to CUCM.
Depending on the use case a other Workaround is to use Huntgroups with Queuing enabled.
The customer did not want to use an ES.
