[cisco-voip] Call to Huntgroup drop when Group only contains csf --- Known Issue ----

It's not just you.  we were hitting the hunt group disconnect with
Extension Mobility.  All users were logged out and it would disconnect also.

we got an ES (10.5.2.13038-1) and that seems to have fixed the hunt group
log out disconnect issue.
