[cisco-voip] Cisco IM and Presence 10.5

Customer is using IM and Presence 10.5 and Jabber as their softphone (for
most of their users)...

When IMP fails, I want the Jabber to log in as a softphone instead of to
CUPS (I would rather lose IM and Presence than phones)...

So, how do I do that?
