[cisco-voip] CAD client Focus

we upgraded from UCCx 8.5 to 10.6. in 8.5 you could setup the CAD client
to NOT take the focus on the screen.
Now, no matter what we try, the CAD client always takes focus as soon as
the phone rings. Anyone know how to change that?
