[cisco-voip] Cisco 88XX Best Practices

A while back it seems like someone posted a link to a "best practices" configuration article or presentation for the 88XX series phones. The focus was to change certain default settings to improve the end user experience. I can't seem to find that now. Does anyone have the link? It may have been a Cisco Live presentation, I can't remember.
