[cisco-voip] UCCX 10.6(1)SU1 - RTMT Issues

Cheers for the reply. I hadn't run it as Administrator, but just tried
doing so but seeing the same issue.
I'm able to get into RTMT, collect files etc without issue. Just the Real
Time trace isn't showing the node name.
