Same here, sticking by the book with DRS.
I haven't heard of anyone having success with other methods, I know of one
instance of someone trying to restore/rebuild a down VM from a image and it
did not work so they did the DRS restore method.
There are also a few bugs with DRS so make sure you're on a good patched
version if below 10.5, particularly that JSCH exception bugger. I haven't
encountered any issues with 10.5 DRS yet really that were on UC Server
side.
