Scott,

There is an excellent session from Cisco Live this year (San Diego) that
you can get for free online that goes over all the upgrade steps and
licensing in excruciating detail for exactly what you're doing - I don't
remember the title but Brandon Ta was the presenter. It would be a good one
to check out. I'll dig through my notes and see if I can find the session
title.
